There are several possible reasons why you are unable to log in:

* Is it possible that you've forgotten your password?
If this is the case, you can have a link sent, with which you can reset your password. All you have to do is enter your business address or username, and the link will be sent to your business email address. You can then choose a new password.

* You get an error message that you have to accept cookies for XING
Check to make sure your browser accepts cookies, and delete your existing cookies. To do so in Internet Explore, go to : "Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete ". To do so in Firefox unter: "Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Clear now". If your system is not accepting cookies from other sites as well, check the programs running in the background. It could be that cookies are being blocked by third-party software. If this is the case, please contact your system administrator.

* You receive the message "Your cookies could not be recognized. Your username/email address or password is incorrect. Please click here if you've forgotten your login details".
Check to make sure your login data is correct. Remember that capitalization matters! If your username/email address and password are correct, it might be that cookies are deactivated in your browser. Please activate these for use by XING. To do so in Internet Explore, go to : "Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy -> Advanced -> ‘Override automatic cookie handling’ -> Accept first-party cookies". To do so in Firefox unter: "Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Accept cookies from sites".
